What is Shop?
The Shop app, powered by Shopify, is an integrated shopping experience designed to help merchants reach and retain more mobile customers. You may know Shop as that powerful purple package tracker, but it's much more. As a Senior Content Designer, I crafted content across app copy, emails, ads, explainer videos, UX, social, and more.

Shop Cash
Launched a new program, Shop Cash, where you can earn, spend and boost rewards on the app. If you have a Shopify store, head to your admin portal to see me explain Shop Cash while having no clue what to do with my hands.

From leading product launches to doubling Shop app GMV with a single partnership, Shop's Content Design team worked to support not just shoppers, but entrepreneurs of all sizes. Shop isn't just your trusted tracking and shopping app, it's also where brands of all sizes can reach an active audience of shoppers. The video below gave merchants a step-by-step process to optimize their Shop Store (prepare to be sick of my voice).
Shop Day // Shop Week
In 2022, we launched the very first “Shop Day” where we worked with brands and creators to gift over $1,000,000 Shop Cash–significantly growing our user base and pushing us ahead of Instagram and TikTok in the app store. That initiative has since grown to "Shop Week," was written up in Forbes, and has become one of our largest GMV moments of the year.

Below is a view into an example flow we created and one set of emails. The "Shop Day" // "Shop Week" would require specific user-flows, CRM, error states, and more for both users and merchants. Specific emails were sent to shoppers based on their brand affinities.

Shop Holidays
Throughout the Black Friday and holiday season we would launch special promotions including. I wrote on various comms including email copy, landing pages, one pagers, push notifications, and more. We broke our BFCM emails into multiple touch-points and audiences, and I would craft the language to best fit those instances.

Shopify Editions
Shopify Editions is our biannual showcase of the latest and greatest Shopify has to offer. After launching new Shop products on Shop, I would then introduced these innovations to partners, making sure the value of each release came through clearly and memorably.
